S DG has designed a 60-seat trading facility and offices for Merus Capital Partners on the 17th floor at 88 Pine Street. Merus is a multi-strategy proprietary trading firm that started trading operations on-schedule October 2011. Here is how Merus describes their new facility on their own website: "Our members benefit from a custom built trading floor which offers state of the art technology, a world class trading platform and an environment that embraces innovation and creative thinking."
Blue Wolf Capital Partners LLC
S DG recently represented Blue Wolf Capital Partners in their relocation to new offices on the 52nd floor at One Liberty Plaza. S DG acted as Owner's Representative and provided Design and Furniture Management services. Blue Wolf is a private equity firm that invests in middle-market companies and specialize in complex situations involving government, labor unions, and financial, oprational, or governance distress.
IKON Global Markets
S DG recently designed the New York offices for IKON Global Markets. The project included trading desks and private offices. IKON is a global provider of financial products servicing investors on six continents and is an active electronic market maker via its own platforms, as well as to exchanges and ECNs worldwide.
M&R Capital Management, Inc.
S DG has recently completed the design of the new office for M&R Capital Management at 88 Pine Street. M&R is a wealth management firm serving individuals, family offices as well as endowments and other institutions.

S DG's principal, Johan Stylander, has received LEED AP ID+C accreditation under LEED v3. Beach & Associates Ltd.
S DG has successfully completed an assignment for Canadian reinsurance firm B&A | Beach Re at 45 Broadway. S DG acted as Owner's Representative and, in addition to monitoring Landlord's TI work, we provided Design and Furniture Management services and coordinated the on-time move from a temporary space. This is a new permanent New York City office for Beach & Associates. B&A is an independent global reinsurance broker servicing the needs of the commercial property and casualty insurance and reinsurance market.
Advisors Asset Management
S DG recently concluded a project to design the New York City offices for Advisors Asset Management Inc. at 88 Pine Street. AAM specializes in fixed income investment portfolio management and this office has a 38-seat trading desk.
Cunningham Lindsey International
S DG has completed the design of Cunningham Lindsey's New York City offices at 88 Pine Street. Cunningham Lindsey International is one of the largest global loss adjusting and claim management companies in the world.
74 Warren Street Lofts and Penthouse
S DG recently completed a multi-unit residential re-development project for B. Jaffe Real Estate in Tribeca. Existing lofts were gut-renovated and meticulously outfitted as new full-floor luxury loft apartments. One Duplex 4-Bedroom, 4-Bath Penthouse with a double-height central living room (photo below) and two outdoor terraces was also designed and built over the past several years.
Premium brand products; Dornbracht, Duravit, Lema Closets, Lualdi Porte, Miele, Poggenpohl, Toto, etc. were utilized throughout. All apartments have central AC and all bathrooms heated floors and towel warmers. The Penthouse Duplex features an advanced audio-visual system (rack-mounted Control4 equipment in a "hidden room") providing full integration of all lighting controls, multiple Cable TV boxes, iTV, Blue-Ray, Internet access, and distribution to 8 flat screen TV's and multiple stereo and surround-sound zones - all pre-programmed and controllable by multiple wire-less touch-screen controls in just about every room. Corporate Cafeteria & Training Center
S DG has concluded the QBE expansion project with the opening of a 12,000 sq.ft. facility to house the Company Cafeteria and Training Center. Designed to be a highly flexible space, it consists of; two permanent, combinable, 18-seat training rooms, a break room/cafeteria space featuring retractable partitions to facilitate various configurations of temporary auditorium layouts for up to 180 seats, a large central pantry for company staff, complete with multiple heating drawers for catered events. This facility also houses a central audio-visual media distribution hub, including recording and broadcasting equipment, for all corporate conference rooms and training rooms at this QBE headquarters.
S DG has completed a major expansion and redesign project for the Headquarters of QBE The Americas. QBE is one of the top 25 insurers and reinsurers in the world. Their existing space of 35,000 sq.ft. on three floors at 88 Pine Street was, over a period of 18 months, re-stacked and expanded to 110,000 sq.ft. on seven floors. Build-out of the expansion space, and renovation of existing space, was performed in phases using a 20,000 sq.ft. temporary swing space. New space standards and furniture standards were implemented throughout.

Wall Street Apartment
S DG has completed a residential condo renovation at 20 Pine Street, 'The Collection'. The original Armani Casa designed interiors were customized to fit the lifestyle of a professional Wall Street couple. New features include a glass enclosed home-office, custom built storage cabinets and closets throughout, an expanded kitchen, marble tiled bathroom, a new lighting system, projection TV, and central audio-visual controls.
Jimmy Choo US Headquarters
S DG has successfully executed the design of a showroom and corporate offices at Jimmy Choo's new US Headquarters at 750 Lexington Avenue. Jimmy Choo Ltd. is a British high fashion house specializing in luxury shoes and designer bags. Working closely with the in-house branding team, we implemented a minimal visual aesthetic that carefully coordinates with Jimmy Choo's worldwide boutiques.
West Village Condo

Kforce Professional Staffing
S DG has completed a project to design new offices for Kforce. The new 7,000 sq.ft. office is located at 140 Broadway. Kforce is publicly traded professional staffing and solutions firm providing flexible and permanent staffing solutions throught the US.
AmWINS
S DG has completed the design of AmWINS' new 20,000 sq.ft. office space at 88 Pine Street. AmWINS Group, Inc. is a wholesale distributor of specialty insurance products and services from insurance carriers to retail insurance brokerage firms in the United States.
IPC Systems
S DG has completed a redesign of the reception area and boardroom at the 88 Pine Street headquarters of IPC Systems, Inc. Founded in 1973, IPC's core technology is rooted in the rapid-fire, high stakes world of banks and brokerages, where IPC is the world leader in communications systems.
Hill Betts & Nash
S DG has concluded the design of the NYC law offices for Hill Betts & Nash LLP. The new 12,000 sq.ft. office is located at One World Financial Center. Hill Betts & Nash is a century-old maritime law firm that handled litigation in high profile cases like the sinking of the Titanic and the Exxon Valdez.
